Darwin's frog

Darwin's frog is a little types of frog, local to the backwoods streams of Chile and in Argentina. That frog is known due to Charles Darwin who ran over it on his celebrated "Voyage of the Beagle".

Darwin's frog has an extremely unique appearance, having advanced to look a bit like a leaf. This implies that when the Darwin's frog feels debilitated by approaching predators, it basically stays still on the backwoods floor resembling a dead-leaf until the risk has passed
