Quokka has been listed by the IUCN on their Red List as associate degree animal that's Vulnerable in it's encompassing atmosphere. the best populations are nowadays found on Rottnest Island, beside Bald Island, wherever they're thought to be with happiness sustained as a result of the shortage of Red Foxes. There are but, currently considerations over the Rottnest Island population as a result of increasing development on the island, in the main for recreational functions.
